Guarantees

We guarantee all our products to be brand new unless otherwise specified and fully as described. We ship no blemishes, seconds, or any inferior variations. Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped within 1-2 business days. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens (not likely), we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.

We ship only to the U.S. and most European countries like the U.K., Spain and so on. If you are living elsewhere, shipping costs will be much higher. If you are still keen to order, please click here to contact Just Marvel X-men for shipping costs to other countries.

We usually utilize USPS for most U.S. orders and utilize UPS, Fedex or DHL for other orders outside of the U.S. depending on the circumstances. We will not be held responsible for any packages that are being held up or delayed at the destination country's local customs or the shipping courier; thus, causing deadlines to be missed if any.

Estimated Shipping Time:
U.S. orders - 1-2 weeks
Canada orders - 1-2 weeks
Other International orders - 2-4 weeks

The above shipping timing is just an estimation based on most orders. However, the estimated shipping time also depends on where your item is being shipped from. Unless stated otherwise in the details of the product, the usual estimated shipping time applies to most of the products.

If you have not received your order please call your nearest local postal office to check for any package addressed to you. We had experienced some packages being held back because they require a signature to acknowledge receipt of package and you might not have been home when they delivered.

Shipping & Delivery

At Just Marvel X-men, we aim to deliver orders based on the shipping mode selected as promised. However, please do note that delivery time can be affected by the destination country's local customs delay in processing/retaining of the package. Delay caused by the local customs of the destination country is not under Just Marvel X-men's realm of control; hence, any refunds/compensation due to the delays caused by the destination address country's local custom would not be a valid.

Most shipping couriers (unless indicated otherwise) engaged by Just Marvel X-men provides confirmation numbers to keep track of orders. If an order's confirmation number is available, it would be updated into our system and buyer would be notified via email. To check an order's status manually, click here to do so.

We will provide you the best service to reduce the possibility of orders being retained/delayed by customs based on our years of experience in this area. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us using the contact form above.

Sales Tax

Most of our products will be subjected to 10.00% sales tax on the price of each product for all orders within the US.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase for any reason, the product is damaged upon receipt or we shipped the wrong product, we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price (unless otherwise stated that we can't do returns such as custom costume request).

Delay of packages failing to meet deadlines not within our control such as the delay due to shipping courier or being held up at the destination country's local customs would not be entitled for a refund because such situations are circumstantial and could not be anticipated by us.

What should you do first?
  1. First email us within 7 days upon receipt of order.
  2. Let us know the reason(s) for the return or exchange.
  3. If your product was damaged upon receipt, could you include a few digital images of your damaged product.
What will happen next?
  1. Once we receive your email, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number should we require you to ship it back to us.
  2. A return address will be given to you.
  3. Please ensure that the product is sent back to us via insured parcel or UPS.
  4. Do remember to include your name, return address and RMA number at the back of the package.
  5. If we shipped the wrong product, we will bear any applicable shipping charges.
  6. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges if you are returning or exchanging any product for other various reasons.
  7. When we receive your returned product, we will notify you and please give us 7-10 business days for processing.
  8. After which, we will email you again shortly to discuss how the refund or exchange can be carried out.

If you follow the above guidelines, refund and exchange can be done much more efficiently.

Our reasons for requesting an email first is because we deal with many suppliers and sending your item back to the appropriate suppliers directly will save you a lot of time. Generally, for damaged orders we will not require you to return the damaged product(s) back to us.

Returned product(s) must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt must accompany all returns. A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied towards your refund of the product(s) cost and refund does not include shipping costs.
